Serial rapist ex-London Metropolitan police officer David Carrick has been given 36 life sentences, and can serve greater than 30 years in jail for offences in opposition to 12 girls.
He pleaded responsible to 85 offences, together with dozens of rapes, between 2003 and 2020 whereas he was a serving police officer.
Carrick was sacked by the Met in January for gross misconduct and the drive apologised for failing to determine and take away him.
